Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the offer for a stay 4 nights and pay for 3 discount on bookings made at Albury Gardens Tourist Park. By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

1. Eligible Participants: This offer is available to anyone wishing to stay at Albury Gardens Tourist Park.
2. Identification: This offer is available to anyone wishing to stay at Albury Gardens Tourist Park.

Discount Details

1. Discount Rate: Your fourth night will be deducted when you book. Standard nightly rates apply.
2. Booking Method: The discount is applicable only for bookings made directly by calling our reservations team. Third-party bookings are excluded. Subject to availability.

Booking Restrictions

1. Blackout Dates: The discount is not valid for bookings during the following periods
   • 23rd December – 30th January 2025
   • 5th – 24th April 2025
   • 5th – 20th July 2025
   • 20th September – 10th October 2025
   • 22nd December 2025 – 31st January 2026
2. Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 4 nights is required. Please check with our reservations team for details.

Booking Procedure

1. Reservation Process: To avail the discount, residents must call our reservations team on (02) 6040 6275 and quote the offer ‘stay 4, pay 3’.
2. Payment: All payments will be taken 24hrs before arrival and are non-refundable in any situation.

Modifications and Cancellations

1. Changes to Bookings: Changes to the booking (dates, accommodation type) are subject to availability and may affect the discount rate.
2. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund only if your booking is outside of the 24hrs of checking in. All cancellations within 24hrs of checking in will not be refunded under any circumstances.

General Conditions

1. Transferability: This discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
2. Limitations: The management reserves the right to limit the number of discounted bookings and may close the offer at any time without prior notice.
3. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Albury Gardens Tourist Park.
